C Team Captain’s Preview 2023

The C team have the fantastic prospect of playing in Division 2 this year, having been in Division 3 for the 2022 season.

Being a much changed and newly formed C Team, our aim is to create a cohesive unit that can play and compete at this higher level in national league throughout the season.

We have planned numerous training days to help increase our game awareness on the pitch, focusing on a strong defensive system and several attacking strategies to best utilise the many attacking assets the team has at their disposal.

Due to the team not having played together in previous seasons we are taking every opportunity to play as a full team before national league begins, even playing against stronger teams in the club in the hope that facing tough opposition during training will result in better results during the competitive season.

Throughout the season we hope to further build and strengthen as a team and maintain our place in Division 2.

With a dedication to training and a clear strategy we then aim to use this as a platform to build this newly formed team over the coming years.
