C Team 2022 Season Summary

Final Placing: 6th

From a division 3 captain’s point of view the outlook and plan for the season was to build a strong foundation to build on in years to come.

As this was the first time we have fielded a C Team it was important to ensure we were creating something sustainable in the long term. 

Going in to the first tournament the team fielded had a small amount of time training together and so came away having learned a lot but with no points yet secured.

The aim of the second tournament was therefore a clear one, secure points and show the competitive edge we knew we could bring but had yet to produce.

The team pulled together well and we strung together some great results in the Scottish sun! 

Overall, the season was a great success and we are on track for the 2 year development plan that I had set out at the beginning of the season.
